What you will do…

  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and emails
  • Assisting residents with requests and inquiries
  • Liaison between building management and residents
  • Receive payments and manage bookings
  • Enforce booking policies as per condominium rules
  • Perform pre- and post-inspections for bookings
  • Administer scheduled programming, including set-up for fitness classes, coffee and tea evenings, movie nights
  • Act as a key holder for facilities, depending on shift type
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Who you are…

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma completed or in progress
  • Must possess at least one year of customer service experience
  • Flexible work schedule and ability to work evenings and weekend
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond to the concerns of other employees
  • Ability to work as a team member or as required
  • Have the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Familiar working with MS Office Suite and email applications

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
