What you will be doing…

  • Supervise/Manage a team of Security/Concierge professionals
  • Onsite audit and quality control inspections
  • Act as a front-line ambassador to residents, tenants & clients
  • Maintain a strong optical and tangible image of security & safety
  • Conduct timely internal and external patrols of all locations
  • Monitor all workplace activities related to security & protection and provide support to management as required
  • Ensure the facility’s safety and emergency response protocols are in place and followed i.e. fire alarms, site emergencies, theft, etc.
  • Complete daily (site specific) reports to ensure seamless communication between your staff
  • Address and report incidents in a timely manner according to the protocol
  • Report, evaluate and follow up on all incidents
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Who you are…

  • Security license issued by the Ontario Ministry of Community and Correctional Services – Asset
  • Valid CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • Certified First Aid Instructor – Asset
  • Supervisory Experience in a Condominium Environment – Asset
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate
  • Strong telephone etiquette, strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have completed high school, or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to handle multiple tasks

Outdoor Amenities Attendants

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervision of patrons using outdoor amenities such as pools.
  • Servicing customers by maintaining clean change rooms, monitoring loitering in order to deter theft and reminding patrons to follow pool rules.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides quality customer service by answering inquiries while on duty.
  • Monitors change room areas and deter possible theft.
  • Supervises patrons at the top of the water slide.
  • Cleans change rooms and washrooms.
  • Replenishes supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
  • Ensures site, equipment and supplies are appropriately maintained to minimize health and safety risk at all times.
  • Assists with deck and emergency procedure duties as qualified.
  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to clean; communicates tactfully with customers.

Qualifications

In addition to being at least 15 years old, you have the following required current qualifications:

  • Lifesaving Society Bronze Cross.
  • Lifesaving Society Standard First Aid.

Pool Technician

Job Description
Innofit Inc. is an amenity specialist firm that serves the growing condominium market in the GTA. We are hiring full time pool maintenance staff for multiple indoor and outdoor pools. This position entails working year-round, driving from site to site, and ensuring your pools are well maintained and in good condition.

Job responsibilities:

Checking Pool Chemistry and adjusting levels if necessary
Making deliveries between distributors and sites
Vacuuming/ skimming pool & and cleaning waterline
Filling bins for automatic chemical feeders
Performing routine inspections of equipment and notifying head office of any issues or site specific needs

Job Requirements:

Previous Pool experience
Able to communicate effectively and professionally
Able to lift 40 lbs
Minimum G2 license with clean abstract (car will be provided; gas and insurance covered)
G license – Asset
Certified Pool Operator License – Asset

What you will be doing…
  • Monitoring recreational swimming activities, including patrolling the pool deck and scanning the water, as well as ensuring patrons’ safety
  • Performing emergency rescues to the standard of your certifications
  • Responding to patrons inquiries and resolving problems
  • Setting up the pool deck prior to your shift
  • Attend all scheduled training programs
  • Provide a safe, clean and organized pool area
  • Provide information to members regarding pool questions and safety awareness
  • Conduct basic pool testing to maintain the chemical balance in the pools
  • Greet and engage with members
  • Provide an engaging environment for the swimmers
  • Create and maintain on-going relationships with members
  • Immediately rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer First Aid or CPR as necessary
  • Ensures swimmers are aware of potentially dangerous swim areas and activities
  • Provide information about any aquatics programs we are offering
  • Treat all equipment with care
  • Report any damaged equipment or pool damages to the Operations Manager
  • Ability to swim and maintain alertness of swimming area at all times
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Who you are…
  • Currently a College or University Student
  • National Lifeguard Certification
  • Standard First Aid with CPC “C” Maintains order and safety in swimming areas
  • Completed high school diploma or GED
  • Lifeguarding experience (preferred)
  • Six months customer service experience (preferred)
  • Assists in enforcing club and pool policies
  • Flexible work schedule and ability to work evenings and weekend
  • Complies with all safety rules and regulations
  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner

Condo Concierge is currently hiring Executive Concierge Delivery personnel in Toronto GTA to help customers with their shopping/errand needs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Personal shopping (Groceries, Prescriptions, Gifts, etc)
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules and regulations
  • Know how to effectively communicate using your smartphone
  • Operate company vehicle in a responsible and safe manner
  • Keen eye for details

Qualifications:
