The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervision of patrons using outdoor amenities such as pools.
  • Servicing customers by maintaining clean change rooms, monitoring loitering in order to deter theft and reminding patrons to follow pool rules.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides quality customer service by answering inquiries while on duty.
  • Monitors change room areas and deter possible theft.
  • Supervises patrons at the top of the water slide.
  • Cleans change rooms and washrooms.
  • Replenishes supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
  • Ensures site, equipment and supplies are appropriately maintained to minimize health and safety risk at all times.
  • Assists with deck and emergency procedure duties as qualified.
  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to clean; communicates tactfully with customers.

Qualifications

Pool Technician

Innofit Inc. is an amenity specialist firm that serves the growing condominium market in the GTA. We are hiring full time pool maintenance staff for multiple indoor and outdoor pools. This position entails working year-round, driving from site to site, and ensuring your pools are well maintained and in good condition.

Job responsibilities:

Checking Pool Chemistry and adjusting levels if necessary
Making deliveries between distributors and sites
Vacuuming/ skimming pool & and cleaning waterline
Filling bins for automatic chemical feeders
Performing routine inspections of equipment and notifying head office of any issues or site specific needs

Job Requirements:

Previous Pool experience
Able to communicate effectively and professionally
Able to lift 40 lbs
Minimum G2 license with clean abstract (car will be provided; gas and insurance covered)
G license – Asset

What you will be doing…
  • Monitoring recreational swimming activities, including patrolling the pool deck and scanning the water, as well as ensuring patrons’ safety
  • Performing emergency rescues to the standard of your certifications
  • Responding to patrons inquiries and resolving problems
  • Setting up the pool deck prior to your shift
  • Attend all scheduled training programs
  • Provide a safe, clean and organized pool area

Who you are…
  • Currently a College or University Student
  • National Lifeguard Certification
  • Standard First Aid with CPC “C” Maintains order and safety in swimming areas
  • Completed high school diploma or GED
  • Lifeguarding experience (preferred)
  • Six months customer service experience (preferred)

Shared Facility Property Manager (Full Time)_Brampton

We are hiring a full-time Shared Facility Property Manager in the Brampton area to manage the daily operations of a Community Facility. Through Activation and customization/programming, we give residents the opportunity to engage and interact thus creating a community setting.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Managing the facility in compliance to various requirements including laws, regulations, and the Share Facility agreement
  • Effectively lead a team of 6-10 staff members, supporting them through continuous coaching and training
  • Manage the daily operations of the Community Facility including overseeing maintenance, security and reporting activities to management
  • Managing and facilitating the relationship among the ownership groups
  • Mediate relations that foster an effective and productive environment between ownership groups
  • Responsible for communication and notice to the ownership groups
  • Collecting, managing, and maintaining fund required for operation, as well as reserve fund provision from both ownership groups
  • Maintaining and repairing the facility to oversee and provide recommendations for the proper maintenance and repair of the facilities, including but not limited to arranging quotations, work orders, defining scope of work, inspection and processing of invoicing related to such work
  • Coordinate and prepare reserve fund study (every 3 years)
